Mh.... bad to answer me again :( Looks like the problem was caused by sysutils/flashrom which I used to update my BIOS. When updating thourh EZ flash from ASUS, the MAC adresss stays the same between the old and the new BIOS. Seems to be, that the MAC address is set through the BIOS update process and not when flashrom is used.... So - problem solved.
