from your pccardc dumpcis, you will need to add the following to your
/etc/pccard.conf file:
# Shinning modem
card "Shining" "PMIDE-ASC"
config 0x41 sio2 4
insert logger -s modem inserted
remove logger -s modem removed
-----------------------------------
the irq's this card can use are 4 or 5, if 0x41 does not work try the
key word `auto` or 0x22
