https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D260581 Bug ID: 260581 Summary: mail/postfix: 'ldap' flavour falsely advertises Cyrus SASL Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: otis@FreeBSD.org Reporter: freebsd@jashankj.space Flags: maintainer-feedback?(otis@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: otis@FreeBSD.org Hello, I'm attempting to switch from ports to prebuilt packages. mail/postfix +sasl claims ``(with Cyrus SASL support)''. mail/postfix +ldap claims ``(with OpenLDAP and Cyrus SASL support)''. However:: :root@alyzon: pkg info | grep postfix postfix-ldap-3.6.3,1 Secure alternative to widely-used Sendmail (with OpenLDAP and Cyrus SASL support) :root@alyzon: postconf -a dovecot This is, obviously, incorrect. A patch should relatively easy --- permute the `OPTIONS_SLAVE' values specified. I will submit a patch once I unbreak my mail system. ~jashank --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
