This doesn't make much sense to me. Why are you trying to install from /var/ftp/pub/FreeBSD/releases/amd64/6.3-RELEASE/6.3-RELEASE not /var/ftp/pub/FreeBSD/releases/amd64/6.3-RELEASE? Kris
