Universal Serial Bus.  "Those funny connectors on new PC motherboards."

USB will eventually replace all of that PS/2 gunk, and will be a standard
way of connecting (and chaining) input and output devices.

There exist already USB mice, keyboards, printers, speakers,
RS-232 interfaces, cameras, etc.
