 Please show the full log. The error isn't from clutter, which it was from  
 one of ports that depend on clutter. It's why the -f works, because  
 clutter isn't problem. One of ports has wrong number of library or path of  
 dependency in its Makefile, so it can't find clutter and trying to install  
 clutter while it exists.
