I installed the FreeBSD228 KAME cd images, and am running it perfectly! After exploiting a bug (sysctl), and relinking it, i recognized some problem with the strlen of passwords!!! THAT'S NOT GOOD! I've downloaded the necessary patch for this (getpwnam).... i read in the errata, to recompile the libc and reinstall it, but how can I do this! Have I to patch the c-code of this funktion, and rebuild the kernel or what else have I to do?! My 2nd question is, where can i get kerberos? At the MIT, i hadn't luck, so it must be somewhere else... Can anybody help me with it???! Thanx...
