Hi all, I have been using setiathome for a while on some machines... On the FreeBSD-4.0 machines evrything works fine... On the Windows machines everything works fine... On the FreeBSD-3.5 stable machines it doesn't work. The binary runs. But when it comes to the end of the data unit and is ready to send it. I get an email from the machine (to the email address of the seti user) saying something close to: "Unexpected end of data from server". This is happening on three 3.5 stable machines so I doubt it's a coincidence. It's been happening since they had their last outage... the one that lastest for about 2 days or so. About 2 weeks ago. I've cvsup'd my ports tree and tried completely reinstalling setiathome (pkg_delete setiathome; rm -rf /var/db/setiathome) I've search the mailing list archive and nothing came up... even when I just searched for "setiathome". Something must be broke there too? (just searhed today) Anyway... any suggestions are appretiated.
