I'm not working on this at the moment. I've been making some progress in between summer travels. I'll be away until August 1 but have no travel planned after that. I've been working toward integrating my install docs into Section 2 of the handbook following the existing portion. I've not modified the existing portion yet and will pick up any new changes after I return. Anyone who is interested in helping with this would certainly be welcomed.
