Trying to build the emacs port I find that it * keeps wanting X to be installed. Do all the emacs ports now require X? Is * there an easy way to tweak the Makefile so X isn't required? Just comment out the "USE_XLIB" line. I was supposed to add a knob to turn it on or off, but I keep forgetting it. (Questions like this should be sent to -ports, though.)
