I'm a bit apprehensive about this change.

o Global config management daemons need to run as root to be useful or have
special privilege escalation setup (i.e. sudo). CFEngine, Puppet, etc. do t=
his.
o There are no bundled cron jobs and there can't be any provided in a
meaningful way, so this mode of operation already requires manual setup.
o There is no precedent of adding a user for Ansible in other distributions=
. I
checked Arch Linux, CentOS (EPEL), and Ubuntu.

Can you explain how such a user can be helpful?
