You should be able to shared interrupts on PCI devices if you can't
then it is possibly a bug in your PnP bios or the device driver.

I have shared up to 3 cards bt848 cards on the same IRQ also 
some of the device drivers allows you to specify the IRQ well
at least the matrox meteor and bt848 driver do.
