How about two different ports.tar.gz files, one for "international" support (such as "chinese, korean, russian" stuff), and one for U.S. support... same as the above, but minus all the foreign language support, which I ultimately end up deleting anyway. It would significantly reduce the size of the ports.tar.gz file for those who *don't* need foreign language support. Not only that, but if this was reflected in the cvsup system, things would be much faster there, as well...
