-C lto=3Dno was added because some ports fail to build due to running out of
memory on 32-bits. Setting LTO_UNSAFE on those ports didn't make a differen=
ce,
because upstreams of those ports explicitly enabled LTO.

If you have a better fix for such a case, patches welcome.
