Please No. Designing a web page with a proprietary width height is, IMO,
fundamentally against the purpose of using HTML.

Don't you hate it when you have to scroll _left to right_ on some page
that is built around a certain width. UGGGH!!

HTML is used to provide MAXIMUM cross platfrom compatiblity.

I personnally like the LYNX test. FreeBSD does quite well with lynx.

Anyone who likes a proprietary page "hearkens back to the bad old days of
the internet when people were unable to share information." Loosely quoted
