Out of curiosity, since deploying smbfs in the kernel enables us to login to Windows computers based on their NetBIOS name, could the same feature be implemented on nsswitch? Somehow Samba could do unified login (login to Linux w/ NT domain username/password) with nsswitch, could we also do this? -- "Without the userland, the kernel is useless." --inspired by The Tao of Programming To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-arch" in the body of the message
