"avahi-browse -la" shows nothing. Expected behaviour: it should show other hosts registered in mDNS. There ARE other hosts on the LAN segment, and "avahi-browse -a" on an Ubuntu host in the same segment, for example, does show them (Linux sees the FreeBSD host and the WiFi printer). That said, the resolving of other hosts in the .local domain from the FreeB= SD host (via mdns_minimal) works fine, so the avahi-daemon is functional.
