I notice that there's still a relatively large number of ports that have not
been converted from pkg-comment to Makefile/COMMENT=

Is this simply due to lack of an appropriate (trivial) script, or are there
quoting bogons out there?

Seems that 4.8-REL would be a good time to completely convert this part of
the tree, giving an opportunity for some Attic whacking once 5.x goes
STABLE.

I've got the script and can pile through one category at a time if approval
is given.
