Why is sysutils/linux-afaapps marked as broken?

It seems to me that it installs exactly the 3 files listed in
pkg-plist.i386.

It may fail to install /usr/compat/linux/dev/MAKEDEV.afa under 5.x if
devfs is mounted on /usr/compat/linux/dev, but if this is the reason
it is marked as broken then why the message is "Incomplete pkg-plist"?

Did I missed something?
