You have autoconfigured a site-local *and* an official address.
Not very sensefull IMHO.
You should reconsider your network design.

Interesting that the scope is only printed as scopeid not with its
name - e.g.:
lo0: flags=8049<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 16384
        inet6 ::1 prefixlen 128 
        inet6 fe80::1%lo0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x2 
                     ^^^^
        inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 0xff000000 

I'm not shure if tracing failed or resolving.
Are you using IPv6 addresses for resolving?
And can you please ktrace the traceroute6?
