Well, i thought this is what Justin intented?  The changes should
finally go into HEAD, it's just that this needs to be deferred until
everything is in a working state again.

Now that it's already done, the new files appearing in HEAD don't
matter much.  It's simply that they aren't referred to by the Makefile
yet.
