Problem seems fixed as shown in the audit trail.
In fact, all the docbook ports I have installed their part into
the catalog file, e.g. the 3.1 one:
        @${ECHO} "CATALOG \"${ISOCAT}\"" >> ${INSTDIR}/3.1/catalog
