I have a network of PCs connected to the internet through Proxy-ARP.  Right
now the network consits of systems using FreeBSD and Ultrix.  I just tried
to add a Digital Unix machine and I get the following error message on
the proxy-arp server:

Dec 19 16:58:31 unix /kernel: arplookup 198.82.200.132 failed: host is not on local network


The way this is setup is every computer has an "outside" address and an
"inside" address.  The outside address is on the 198.82.200 network and the
inside address is on the 10 network.  Both Ultrix and Digital Unix have the
bug/feature that all packets have the same outgoing address, but the ultrix
boxes seem to work fine.

Other than the above error which appears everytime an arp lookup for the server
is done everything appears to work fine.  Users can get in and out fine.


Does anyone have ANY idea what is wrong?????
