I created a DOS partition on all drives, then in sysinstall deleted the DOS partition and created the FreeBSD partitions. I'm getting the same warning messages with slightly different numbers on the calculated sectors per cylinders and the unallocated being on the Conner, Maxtor 535 and Maxtor 1.2. My problem is after I go through the install (bin/manpages), I reboot the system and can't mount the root filesystem, so the system goes into panic mode. I also get the prompt: F1..... BSD F? Any other suggestions? ========================================================================== Mark Stout | The Village Potpourri Mall: http://www.vpm.com/ ---------------+---------------------------------------------------------- VPM Enterprises; P.O.Box 6427; Folsom, CA 95763-6427 Commercial Internet Sales, Marketing and Advertising Specialist ==========================================================================
