Now whats wrong with TCI?  Out here we get 4mb/sec service for $45/month, or
10mb/sec for $69/month, dedicated.  Of course the peak throughput on the 4mb
seems to be around 60KB/sec, and 400KB/sec on the 10mb/sec, but hey, it beats
the hell out of a modem!
