"Virtual KVM text mode" is referring to using the Web interface to access
the Graphical Console -- as I said earlier iLO is using a DVI type
connection to the video controller, so it cannot tell if the system is in
text or graphics mode.  With iLO-2 this is not available in the Telnet/SSH
interface (which is textual only) because iLO-2 cannot "screen-scrape" the
text off of the graphical screen.
