Try turning off full-duplex operation on the fxp0. The flaw is that the ed0's have no bits to twiddle on FreeBSD so you can't set them full/half duplex. Autonegotiation seems to work --- the lights on my dongle indicate full duplex operation, but the collisions/errors I get indicate that something's not happy. I find the card works fine when my switch is hardwired to half duplex (works with a DLINK switch and with an extreme black diamond) Dave. -- ============================================================================ |David Gilbert, Velocet Communications. | Two things can only be | |Mail: dgilbert@velocet.net | equal if and only if they | |http://www.velocet.net/~dgilbert | are precisely opposite. | =========================================================GLO================ To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
