Yes!! The boot now works.
I was running rawrite under an NT DOS prompt. I did notice that
rawrite wrote the floppy very quickly but didn't think that NT 3.51 was the
source of the problem. Thanks a lot for solving my problem. You should
probably add this to your installation notes.
