I have made a kit available which allows it to "overinstall" isdn4bsd from a 5.0-current tree onto a 4.1-stable tree. Beware, use at your own risk: you need some form of cvs access to a source tree and the knowledge to configure and customize the scripts to suit your needs (and possibly debug them).
