I'm wondering how we stand on programs with licenses that permit non-commercial use only. The license for F-Prot states that it is free for personal use on personal workstations only. So my port has the NO_PACKAGE, NO_CDROM, and RESTRICTED lines in the Makefile. Is this sufficient? If so I'll send-pr the port.
