Now we need to work on cvsup[6,8,9,15,16,17] that are still running
16.1d. I haven't tried your telnet trick on any non-US servers. When I
get a response from the 2 that have a full client list, I will send them
an email like I did to the ones running 16.1 on 12 Sept 01. Rejecting a
client or server, which 16.1e does, is the only solution. Everyone
should have upgraded to it yesterday :). I say it with a smile because I
upgraded today.

Right now, cvsup12.freebsd.org is not connecting. I don't know what Will
is running.
