Hello.

It seems that there are two broken links in section 2.2.1. of fdp-primer:
https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/fdp-primer/tools-optional.html

print/jadetex and print/teTeX lead to 'An Exception Has Occurred'.
I think these are outdated because teTeX is unmaintained now.
