If your EtherPower has the "new" chipset instead of the "old" chipset, it
will not work with the current de driver. I don't know exactly how to tell
what chipset you have, but if your card came with a special "Read Me
First" yellow paper, check that paper. If the paper says something about
the old drivers not working you have the "new" chipset.

We got burned by this. We have a 5-pack of EtherPowers sitting around
doing nothing. Doesn't it just suck when they change the product but don't
change the name?
