port patch for 0.2.16.1

Update to latest release on GitHub. Changes include:
 - Add version argument -v,--version
 - Update both guifont and GuiFont registers with font description
 - Refactor input handling logic and improve UnitTest coverage

 - Add support for Neovim guicursor options
