Blah ... I was really hoping to stay out of this, but with respect I
think this change went the wrong direction. How about:

-f file		Use an index file with the name "file," instead of /usr/ports/INDEX

I'd actually rather change that to:

-f CUSTOM	Use an index file named "CUSTOM," ...

But the rest of the examples use generic terms for their argument
examples, and I don't want to break that style.
