When hardware checksumming had been disabled; this problem does not appear when the checksumming is enabled no packets are being allowed (as mentioned in the ticket); I can succesfully reproduce the problem, if you need additional help let me know! http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=106438
