During upgrading TeXLive from 2015 to 2021 version I was not able to upgrade print/tex-formats ports, so other installed tex- ports (I compile and insta= ll via ports) are useless for me, I do not have pdflatex, for example. Because on the oth= er machine I managed to upgrade tex-formats somehow.
