TWIMC: the "fix" here seems to be remove src from the Components line in
freebsd-update.conf

After doing so I get this result, running it on 10.1-RELEASE-p10
mdf@dogma:~>sudo /usr/sbin/freebsd-update fetch
Looking up update.FreeBSD.org mirrors... none found.
Fetching metadata signature for 10.1-RELEASE from update.FreeBSD.org... done.
Fetching metadata index... done.
Inspecting system... done.
Preparing to download files... done.

No updates needed to update system to 10.1-RELEASE-p14.
