There is a driver for the Compaq RAID SCSI controller. It was offered
to the hackers list, but not yet integrated. You will have to look
at the hackers list archives on www.freebsd.org to find the offer and
take him up on it.

What particular support do you think belongs in FreeBSD to support these
functions? These are functions of the rAID subsystem. Unless we were
to attempt to implement a software RAID, the hardware should take care
of it for you.
