"Elsewhere" happens to be a link to the /mailto.html that appears
on the bottom of virtually every page on the site, including the
home page.  Granted, it could be a little more explicit on the
home page, but the mailto.html page *is* titled "Contacting
FreeBSD". 

The other contacts you listed could easily be added.
