Perhaps now that the requests_cache appears to be fixed (at least this is w=

the committer at GitHub told me), the branch to requests_cache.0.9.3 is no
longer necessary and we could use the current 0.9.6 version with py-tvnamer=
 and
py-tvdb_api.

Could anyone look into this? I would gladly do it myself, but I really can't
program.
