 After some hacking last night, I came up with a version of timidity that
 
 appears to work with both Luigi's new-style audio driver and the
 original
 VoxWare audio driver.  It addresses Luigi's objections to ports/5607,
 and is based on his response to that PR.  However I'm not sure what I
 should do, procedurally.  Should I send the one changed source file to
 the port maintainer, or the originator of ports/5607 (hi Don!),
 or...???...
