I think this brings up again, that a position we need to fill is that of
someone that goes thru the PR database and assigns the PRs to the
"maintainer" if it is obvious.

If anyone knows of anyone that claims to be a "non-programmer type" but
wants to participate in FreeBSD this would be a good match.
