In many cases, pci_ioctl.h was unused. I apologize in advance, since this will likely break the Alpha XFree86 port. Steve Price said he had fixes to adjust for the include file change, but he doesn't seem to be around at the moment. (I mailed him on Sunday, and he hasn't responded yet, so my guess is he is out of town or something.) In any case, I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look at the Alpha XFree86 port and see what needs to be done to fix it. (Most likely, just check for the existence of /usr/include/sys/pciio.h and use it instead of pci_ioctl.h.)
