First, set Option AccelMethod "EXA"

XAA is horribly bit-rotten and likely will never work again.

The other thing that seems very peculiar is this...

(II) RADEON(0): Detected total video RAM=131072K, accessible=262144K
(PCI BAR=262144K)

Do you know how much ram is actually on the card?  This may not be
effecting anything, but I've never noticed a card that reported a BAR
being larger than the actual amount of ram on the card.
