No, only some of it (unless your perl installation is damaged). The FreeBSD system header files processed and copied by perl aren't registered in the plist properly, I think. Anyway, like I told you, you do have to audit the file (so you'd obviously choose not to damage your perl installation), but it gives you the starting point.
