I only see this message when I set an incorrect ruby version in /etc/make.conf (DEFAULT_VERSIONS). 2. This seems to be a warning and not an error. The INDEX-1X file is generated and 'echo $?' returns 0. (3. Meanwhile run 'make fetchindex' or run 'pkg version' with -P switch. What error does 'pkg version -vL=' show?) -- Herbert
