I have been closely involved with a well funded start-up company in Mountain
View, California and have been assisting with their staffing needs for state=

Dynamic well funded privately held startup with facilities in Mountain View
seeks an expert in Unix Kernel Internals possessing keen entrepreneurial
instincts who is willing to drive a business from the ground floor up and=
 has a
desire to influence the company's direction.

We are looking for a key individual who enjoys working in a dynamic,
market-driven work environment and is looking for exciting growth
opportunities.
The company is willing to pay top dollar, and significant options, benefits,
relocation, and bonus programs are included. 10+ years experience and=
 Expertise
in Unix kernel development/modification is desired:
=B7       Knowledge of UNIX (free BSD).
=B7       Detailed knowledge of internals.
=B7       Knowledge of networking BSD stack architecture.
=B7       Familiarity with Boot code and processor (Pentium) bring-up.

Responsible for:

=B7       Making Free BSD run on pentium routing processors.
=B7       Changes and modifications to the basic kernel (boot code/swapper)
and IP
stack.
=B7       Support for inter-processor communication mechanism with a=
 secondary
processor (PPC 750) on the same card.
