i open a new bug at bugzilla@gnome.org. 
here's the official answer:

+These are known bugs in RENDER support in the Matrox driver...
+it's somewhat buggy in general, and more buggy with 
+Xinerama.

unfortunately this confirms my driver-problem-guess. :-((
