Hi Nik--

I might have missed this, but do you need to change the examples in
the FDP to account for the artheader->articleinfo change that came with
the move to DocBook 4.1?

PS.  Casual observers might be tricked into thinking that I actually
know something about this stuff but the truth is that I spent 30 minutes
flailing around after I broke one of my documents.  :-)
